I have held for 18 minutes each time and then got cut off, I have sent numerous emails and had no response. They charged my credit card 1200.00 and I have received nothing. They are a total scam. They take your money knowing full well they will never ship you anything. Then there is NO way to get hold of them to get the refund or find out where the order is. They are the most unprofessional comany I have ever had to deal with in my entire business career and I order from business every day.
